I graduated with a 1 year diploma in motosport technician program in winnipeg manitoba, in 2019, and i am currently on a PGWP. I tried hard to obtain a job in my field of study for about 6 months but in vain. I then had to moved to Edmonton Alberta for employment; i am currently working as a houseman in a motel in Leduc Alberta.
As my PGWP is expiring in May 2020, being in Alberta i need to have atleast a 1 year work experience to be eligible to apply for permanent residency, i am missing only 2 months to qualify.
I would like to know if you have any options that you could advise me on obtaining a work permit or being eligible to apply my permanent residency. As well as i would also like to know if i will qualify for the Francophone Mobility Program as i speak french.

Your employer must obtain an approved LMIA if you want to extend your work permit and work for another two months.
For the Francophone Mobility Program, there are a number of different requirements to meet. You will have to research if you meet them. This includes being in a NOC A, B or 0 role. Also, you must use French habitually on a daily basis.
