We were blessed with a newborn baby 10 days ago, i order birth certificatevand passport for him but i still didnt make the UAE residence visa for him so far, shall i send the birth certificate and the bio data page on the passport without the visa page, please advise.....also what documents are needed to be filled again and sent to london visa office....
I sent an enquiry to london visa office regarding the required documents for addition of a newborn baby to my application but they replied in short and unspecified words. these what they replied
( Documents for your new child: the $150 processing fee, photos and a copy of their passport and long-form birth certificate.)
first, I read here on the forum from members who added new child that they refilled the Generic form again maybe some other form as well.......i wish if someone can assist me what forms exactly needed to be filled and sent.
second what is a long form of berth certitficate i only got one form where name of child,parent and date of birth is written on it......maybe becuz the certificate come in half size of A4 paper ,but even though this certificate is issued by abu dhabi health authority ,so i cant get any other longer forms....please advise.
third......i have the passport for my new child but with no UAE visa still need to work on but can i sent only the bio data page only with the visa page or i have to include both.......

3. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
4. Notorized copy of Birth Ceertificate
5. Notorized copy of International Passport
6. 4 copies of the right size passport photograph for the baby ( Names written behind them)
7. $150.00 CAD bank draft ( Write the name of the baby, the P/A UCI & Application No writen at the back)
