So my mother who is a Canadian citizen in canada for over 20 years expresses interest in getting her brother who is 50, and his wife and 2 kids into canada from China.
She wants them here so they can help/take over the family business as its becoming tiring for my mother to continue by her self.
my questions are:
I assume I would be looking for my mother to get a sponsorship type application for them to immigrate to Canada?
does age make a difference in getting them over? her brother is 50, wife around same age, kids are 23 and 10.

Sponsorship is not an option if she has any family in Canada or a living parent. Not only that, the 23 year old would not be eligible anyway as a dependant.

for option 2 it says i can apply for one relative and it also states "If the relative you want to sponsor has a spouse, partner, or dependent children who will come with them to Canada you must include them on the same sponsorship application."
so i should include thw wife and daughter. but the son is over 23 so i assume i cant include him in the application?
