I also have 5 years travel history for New Zealand and they asked me to sign consent form 2nd time. I also want to send them ministry of justice's PCC ( although it's not acceptable) so could you please tell me Does ministry of justice send the PCC overseas as currently I'm in India. And when should I expect visa after sending consent form/ ministry of justice's PCC?
Hi, we have the same dilemma. CIC requested for my Nz pcc last May 22nd, so I sent them the disclosure form right away. Then on June 27th, they are asking me for my Nz pcc AGAIN! I told them I have already sent the form when it was first requested over a month ago then send them a new disclosure form. Last update I got about my application was last week, they said they are just waiting for the Nz police check result and provided there are no criminality issues, they will then finalised my application. CIC won't accept PCC from Ministry of Justice. And I sent them disclosure form 2 times and they are taking too much time to perform it. Do you have any idea about any alternative?
Sorry, but there's no other way but to wait for them to do their job. As long as you have done your part and sent the forms, let's just hope they process it more quickly! I'm still waiting for an update on my application. Goodluck!
