Hi!
I would just like to ask some questions that u might know the answers.
i hve an new employer and a new LMIA.
My last work permit expired last Feb 28, 2017 but i applied an extension Feb 16, 2017 before it expires using my New job offer and a file number of my LMIA application, hence that time lmia is still on process. So i guess im on Implied staus.
Now that i have my new LMIA approved and i have that paper application of my extension which has no decision yet, what will i do next?
1. Call CIC first to inform that i have my LMIA and continue that application?
2. Apply a new work permit/ restoration on line to get a new work permit ASAP and disregard that application i made before?
