Hello,
I have a question. I was reviewing the latest IRCC news and noticed an update on LMIA Assessment exemptions. I see under the section of R205 (c)(ii), there’s post-grad employment. Does anyone know what does it mean? You can see it in the link above. Does it mean people with a job offer after their graduation can proceed without LMIA?
I’d appreciate your responses

Do you mean C43? Post grad employment is a PGWP.

I think i misunderstood it. Does it mean if I have a job offer while holding a PGWP, I can apply for express entry with that offer with no lmia assessment?

Are you talking about getting 50 points? If so, you need an approved LMIA from your employer.
