New TRV required for Study Permit?

Hi,

I have a multiple entry TRV for Canada from when I visited for a conference (it says type V-1) last year; it's valid till 2023. Do I need another one for my Study Permit?

I'm gonna apply for STUDY PERMIT online.
So, what will happen afterwards?

The study permit comes with the visa?
I'm applying online, so I must send my passport to get the visa attached on it, right?
The processing time for study permit is 7 weeks as cic website says, then, how long does it take to get the TRV on passport after that?
