New TRV before expiring Old Trv

I have a question if previous TRV is still valid does IRCC new visa on passport or they will delay decision till expiry of old TRV date..

You can get a new TRV before the old one expires. If still valid you can still use the visa on your old passport with your new passport.

You can apply for a new TRV before the old one expires although it should be expiring relatively soon.

thanks for your guidance...i applied in january and trv is expiring in march...
