Thanks guys. The reason why i want to ask for reconsideration its because my job description is the same with the job description stated under the duties of the job class i have applied for. That is why it is kind of unfair. CIO already reviewed and approved it then suddenly the visa officer will refuse it. How confusing isnt?

1 of my friends received the rejection letter through courier for not submitting the additional documents. They have later noticed that in the Generic form the email id mentioned had a minor spelling mistake and they did not receive any mail through CIC for additional documents. Can they write a letter to CIC to reconsider the case as there was a minor mistake in the email id so not received the cic letters?
