I proceed the questioner provided by CIC to get new study permit plus TRV, I mentioned I am national of Sudan resided in Congo. However in the end of the questioner I received code summarize my check list
Used to apply online. I submitted my application on 12-April-2013. So far no words from CIC.
I am wondering they didn’t mention anything about eligible countries to apply online, Later I found some information inside my online profile (GCKey) few countries are eligible to apply online . I need your advice Can I process a new Visa application using paper instead of wasting valuable time my university will start in September 2013.
Is anyone got online visa/intro. Letter from other countries are not listed below ?
• Australia
• Barbados
• Denmark
• Finland
• Germany
• Iceland
• Italy
• Japan
• New Zealand
• Norway
• Republic of Ireland
• Sweden
• United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales)
• United States (including Puerto Rico)
Hi Nasa2n2,
I believe that there's a couple of online applications in Pakistan and India have been processed and the visa was accepted. You shouldn't worry as long as the online application questioner gave you the all clear to apply online. If you have received a confirmation email that has your application number on (starting with the letter "S"), you can contact the embassy responsible to process your application if your application has exceeded the average processing time announced on the CIC website or the embassy website. Hope this helps.

hello nasa2n2. based on your information it looks like your application will be processed at the kenya canadian embassy. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp. it takes 11 weeks to process study permit applications there. if this time elapses and you still haven't received any correspondence from CIC call the embassy to get some info pertaining to your application.
