Thank you for the help. Good news is that I received an email from CIC that I need to submit the passport in 45 days for PR Visa. The new situation is that we are expecting a new arrival in the family earlier next year. The time line is very short so I will be sending the passports faily quickly. I am a bit confused that how the baby will be included with us in the PR Visa later on? We cannot leave the baby here we need to take baby with us. So any suggestion how baby can be included later on after birth as we will be stamping our visa soon and baby is not due yet.
I am unable to answer this question BUT if you immigrate to Canada before the child is born in Canada, the child becomes Canadian.
I don't know if your wife has passed that stage when it is unhealthy for her and the baby to fly.
If you are expecting your child to be born before you immigrate to Canada, then you should inform CIC (at least when the child is born). But I don't have a clear answer for you here. Wait for someone else to answer.
Thank you atleast you replied. I hope few other members will will take interest. I want to get the PR stamped for myself and wife. Can I add on my little one after the birth or not?

Hi
1.Deliver baby in canada and get canada citizenship for the baby
2.Deliver baby at home and you will need to sponsor which will take btw 6-12 months to process

Dear Khanboy, I'm very happy for you that you got a mail for passport request from your VO and i'll like to congratulate you on that once again. Please bear it in mind that, it'll do you good if you inform your VO about the new baby arriving early next year to enable them (VO) advise you on the next line of action, but if you fail to pass this information to them, it might delayed your application further and I'm very sure you do not want to experience further delays. My two cents.
Thank you. My medical will be expiring in feb 2011. I guess they will request new medicals and againg waste of money. What do you think. Do we need to pay for our medicals again and I am sure for the baby it will be new process. I am not willing to spent on medicals anymore for myself and wife. What the process if medical expires and they request new medicals.

Dear Khanboy, If your medicals expires before issuance of Visas, Vo will surely request for a new set of medicals from you and your entire family. But this depends on when your new baby will arrive and i want to believe you have sent notice to your VO concerning the arrival of your baby.
If your medical is expiring in Feb 2011 - your visa which is going to be stamped will also expire then so you would need to "land" in Canada before expiry of the visa. If your wife can not travel before then , you need to advise CIC of the situation. You will need to do full medicals for everyone including newborn.
