(New rules regarding applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ – Québec Selection Certificate) that can be received by the Ministère will be in effect from April 1, 2018 to August 15, 2018)

Nothing special, max 5000 cases (if any) will be accepted through MPQ until Aug 15th (intake period to be announced later) and after that a new system similar to Express Entry will implemented for CSQ applicants.
