New PR Landing questions

I got my CoPR this April and I am going to do landing at the end of this October:

1. I have recently renewed by passport (IRCC already know it and has copy of it), should I still apply for a ETA when I am a to-be PR?

2. Do I need proof of fund? I got my PR via Express Entry Canadian Experience Class and hence I did not submit proof of funds during Express Entry application. Is it going to be the same for landing process?

3. Is ARRIVECAN mandatory?
