new PR canada express entry tax return

Hello,

I want to know more information please about new PR and the tax return in canada,
i am planning after i move to canada to send monthly bank transfer ( less than 3k) each month to my bank account here in canada from my personnal savings in my country ( the POF ive showed them during PR process).

should i fill and declare it at a revenue income when i want fill my tax return ? thanks
