I noticed they COMPLETELY changed the photo specs in the guide, now it doesn't say anything about the photographer's stamp or name/DOB in the back. WTF IRCC?!

dont worry, many uploaded scans of their photos as part of digital photos for many other applications

It is still required to be taken by a commercial photographer though who stamp it anyway. Not sure how this will help IRCC lol

If IELTS is fully booked can we use a proof of appointment booked and upload an older result for the time being? and submit an LOE because this whole thing is becoming a joke

They removed the requirement to upload both sides of the photo.
