hi, My wife landed on Sept 11, 2014 and till this date she has not received her PR Card. I tried calling on her behalf but they wont give me info as I am not an authorized representative. I have completed the use of an authorized form and sent to them 3 times but they still have not received the form and its been over a month.
When I look up the processing time for New residents it says 21 calendar days. I am way passed that. Has anyone who landed on or after sept 11 received their PR card? anyone have any insights?
my wife is currently out of the country and will return early next year. She can't call the toll free number within canada. I was inquiring on her behalf. I was hoping to send her the PR card so she can fly back here without her getting another visa.
