Hi, I graduated from Canadian university in 2020 but currently I work as a contractor for a company in the US remotely while I am staying in Vancouver, BC. May I know whether I can apply for the new pathway under international student?
 
I have a reference letter from my employer but it does not have exact details as mentioned in the guide and my manager is on Vacation so can someone please explain me what to do in this case

Short answer is no. You must be employed in Canada to qualify. Your employment will be classified as foreign / outside of Canada.
