New Pathway for International Student

Please can someone help me. I graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analysis which is a one year (12 months) program. I was reading the requirement for the new pathway for International Students with diplomas. Not sure if I am eligible to apply.

See below requirement, its says for a diploma certificate, each program of study must be at least 8 months in length and the combined length of the credentials must be the equivalent to a two-year credential (at least 16 months in duration). what does this mean? Am i eligible for the program with my one year diploma?

Unfortunately you are not eligible.

You need a single program that is at least 16 months long - or two programs that are at least 8 months each.
