New Parents GrandParents sponsorship January 2014 applicants - questions

As we all know CIC reopen the PGP sponsorship program starting January 2,2014. My question is on proof of income . I have enough income and qualify under new 30% increase in LICO but confused over which notice of assent to submit?

CIC stated that they require last three years of notice of assessment as a proof of income.
But if we submit our application to sponsor on January 2nd we can only submit notice of assessment for years 2010,2011,2012. I am trying to find out is it acceptable to sent notice of assessment for 2010,2011,2012 and salary slip for 2013 because we won't receive notice of assessment for 2013 till Late April. Can anyone clarify on this situation please

Submitting 3 years 2010, 2011 and 2012 of CRA Notices of assessment that are all at the LICO+30% levels, should be ok. CIC will most likely ask to see 2013 NOA sometime later in the process.

i have tax assessment papers for the last two years as on coming march 2014 it will be three years i am living in canada. So i am wondering whether i am eligible to apply sponsorship for my parents or my file will be denied. i can provide them 2013 tax return paper later on but not sure what will happen.

my second question is, where i can find LICO (the latest one after increasing it 30%). i will really appreciate if anybody can give me this info.

The requirements specifically state that you need to provide returns from the past three years. So if you submit with only two returns, I think you should expect a refusal. Unfortunately I think you need to wait until you have your 2013 return.

Not available yet. I would assume it will be posted on December 31st along with the forms.

Your family size is calculated as applicant + spouse + dependent children + parents/grandparents being sponsored.
