New IRCC Portal requiring a invite code for Registration. How to get this invite code?

I am trying to create a new account on IRCC portal for Supervisa application. It is asking for an invite code. How do I get it? Screenshot below

The invite code is for the old GC key not the new portal... make sure you are on the correct website
