I learnt that the Canada government have launched new immigration routes for Hong Kong people. One of them is having worked in Canada for 1 year in the past 5 years. I am from Hong Kong and I have worked in Canada from 2017 to 2019. So it means I am qualified? Did I miss anything?

I don't believe there's a new immigration stream. I believe that those from Hong Kong will still need to qualify and apply through the regular immigration streams like Express Entry (FSW / CEC) or PNP programs. I believe those from Hong Kong will benefit from faster processing times. However they will still apply to immigrate the same way as everyone else. See announcements here:

For those who come here to either study or work, 2 new pathways to permanent residence are being created, which will be available in 2021:
The first will target former Hong Kong residents who have gained a minimum of 1 year of authorized work experience in Canada and meet other criteria such as minimum language and education levels.
The second pathway will be for those who have graduated from a post-secondary institution in Canada. These individuals can then apply directly for permanent residence.

These programs won't be available until 2021. So you haven't missed anything if you're specifically asking about these. You'll have to wait and see what the rules will be and if you qualify. I think that's hard for any of us to guess what they will be.
