I just saw a newsletter from CIC that certain IELTS criteria are changing after April 2014.
I just booked my General IELTS test for June recently.
Can anyone advice what all is changing as I would be applying under CEC NOC B in September this year?
All help appreciated !!!

The change is for CELPP and not for IELTS. Refer to the link below.

Long story short , if you're taking IELTS general test , and as your noc code is B.
The Minimum you need to score is..
R - 4.0
w - 5.0
L- 5.0
S-5.0
