i issued my bank draft on 15th of this month and planned to lodge my application on 19th of this month .
but suddenly new generic application form released.
Bank used my old generic application form to prepare the bank draft.
now what should i do:
1. use the new form to submit the application, will it create any issue since my bank used the old generic form to prepare the bank draft though i am not sure how they use the generic application form. but they kept the photocopy .
2. use the old form to submit , since my draft issued at 15 th and i will sign application form at 16th . As far as i know the new form released at 17th (plz check and confirm), so should it be ok ?

They just kept photocopy for their record. Generic Form and DD are not related. So Use new form and attach DD you have. It shouldn't be a problem.

I wonder where Form Details come into picture while getting draft from Bank.I also got today DD from ICICI Bank.

[Hi Nilaya, they asked for the generic form from me and kept a photocopy of that , it seems to me that they used somehow the information/reference of the form . anyway it may be only for their record, i think i should again fill up the new form and submit.]
