Just now stumbled upon this section of CIC Website where they have clearly mentioned that now they are processing the files really fast.

According to CIC Website...http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-qa.asp.....In the last Q&A section they have clearly mentioned that "If you have the skills Canada needs now, your application would likely be processed much faster – new FSW applications are processed within 6-12 months".
