Hi, I am confused with the new forms for sponsor and spousal sponsorship. I need your expert advise and help to confirm if the following new forms are correct:
Sponsor:
IMM1334 only?
Sponsored person:
IMM0008ENU_2D
IMM5406E
IMM5532
other forms are not applicable to our application
(as per checklist IMM5533E)
*Checklist IMM3905E for the Philippines is no longer valid or outdated?

In the drop lists, select the type of spousal sponsorship and the country and hit 'get checklist and forms'. It is pretty clearly laid out and you can them be sure you are downloading the latest versions of all forms (important to use the latest versions).

Check country specific forms via cic website. You may start here. Just click on appropriate links, i.e. Permanent Residence, Family Sponsorship, etc.. Select Philippines and you will get the appropriate forms needed.
IMM 3905 is from an old kit that is no longer available on the website.
Thanks Hurlabrick and Survivor27 for your quick response.
Actually, we started the old kit for spousal sponsorship last 2015 unfortunately we postponed the submission of our application.. when I checked the forms, all of the old forms are already outdated..
I think the new forms are much better than the old forms because they rid of some essay type questionnaires.
My problem is Im here in our home country with my husband and got pregnant.. I will go back to Canada this month, I am not sure if I will be eligible or will get approve as a sponsor..
I don't know what possible solution we're going to do coz I want my husband to be with me in Canada before I will give birth to our baby this November.
What you are now asking is a separate question. You would be better to post your new question as a new thread. In order for anyone to make a meaningful response, you need to say:
Who is Canadian or PR (i.e. the sponsor) - I assume you?
How did that person obtain Canadian citizenship?
Nationality of the Principal Applicant - I assume your husband?
As regards getting PR approval by November, sorry, but almost certainly no chance. However, there may be other things that can be done. Again, another question there.

If you are a PR card holder, you MUST be in Canada to file for the spousal sponsorship. If you are already a citizen, you may file for the sponsorship anytime while in the Philippines.
With the new kit, your husband will have to wait for the medical and NBI request before he can obtain them. Fill out all the forms now and get it done asap. Hopefully, if an immigration visa officer finds your application a straightforward case, your husband may get approved for PR in less than 6 months and be with you before you deliver the baby..
Note that there are already some January 2017 applicants from MVO who used the new kit and already got an approval.
Make sure that you also include the AOM when you submit your application. If you are a PR holder, do get an AOM for you and one under your husband's name.
Yes, I am a PR card holder, and I will be back in Canada this month together with the application.. We are working with the new kit, and hopefully we will submit it this June.
By the way, what is AOM? I am sorry I'm not familiar with this..

Advisory on Marriages from PSA (former NSO). It would be best to have it already included in your app aside from a PSA copy of your Marriage Certificate.
