My husband recieve passport request on April 12, as per canada post tracking, passport was received by Ottawa CPC on April 19.
does anyone know if we are supposed to get a notification that Ottawa CPC have received the passport?
Any idea about how long it will take to receive the passport back?

I reside in Canada and planning to apply spousal application for my wife in India. I have couple of queries...could the forum members please help me out.

1. Currently the application is with me in Canada and I plan to send through DHL. To which address I should send to

CPC Mississauga

either a or b? If one is sending through Canada post....should one use 'a' address?

2. Application guide mentions...'Send the application package with all the requested documents in a stamped envelope to the address above.'

What does one mean by stamped envelope? Is it postage payment or one should place an empty stamped envelope inside the package?

Could the forum members please let me known.

Mine is at Ottawa since 12 April and still waiting. One more whose passport received on 13 April n waiting. I think they used to take 2 weeks approximately. I will update here once get it back

My address is changed after marriage. Do i need to submit the Police clearance of Old address too or just one PCC with current address is enough?

My wife’s passport is received by CPC Ottawa on April 13….

No news since !!

I have updated the address in passport and my PCC is showing new address.. is that ok if PCC is not including old address.

Just checked mycic. Application got approved so ppr should dispatched today. I think CPC Ottawa take 7 working days from the date of passport delivered date.

Anyone got the request for additional documents but it doesn`t show in MYCIC ?

I have that case. the docs were requested in Jan 2017 and submitted immediately . NO update on MyCIC yet

From your current address. Police officer will inquiry from your old address themself.
