I have a question. my wife's medical expired in february. she had done it several months ahead of application (sept appln) for a different application. But ndvo has neither asked for re-medical nor updated medical passed.
Can we do the re-medical proactively and send it or do we have to wait for them to ask... cic sucks
i worry that because of this her application will be delayed compared to others :'( :-[ :'(

no u cant because they will snd you a ime number then only the doctor will give u a appointment

I sent my RPRF payment to NDVO to their email as well as through case specific enquiry form...
Is it the right place to send it?
When i checked eacs using recipt number shows nothing?
Any ideas?

Hi everyone I don't post much but figured I would share my update.
I applied sept 26 2016. Medicals done June 2016 upfront
Applied for trv nov 23 approved nov 30
Wife arrived from India dec 16 2016 with multi entry trv valid until end of her passport
Today April 17 got passport request saying my passport must be in Delhi office within 30 days but since my wife is already with me in Canada am i allowed to send passport to a Ottawa even though file is in Delhi? Had anyone done that in the past?

Did you get background check or decision made?

Im also an august applicant..they asked for the rprf (march 26th)payment recipt, that i sent to their email and through case specific enquiry form..no updates after that..

I am Aug 08th 2016 Applicant.

I got additional document request on March 14th (Marriage ceremony photos) and sent it in couple of days.

I had no update after that.
From the forum, I see the September applications are getting PPRs.
Anybody similar to my situation?

What else I can do? Is there a way to contact CIC over phone for application status?

Said we are ready to finalize your application and we need your passport. Again the part that confuses me is that the file has to be in Delhi within 30 days but if I send to Ottawa as per the instructions is that fine? Like will they forward to Delhi or just work on file in Ottawa?

I really dont understand how NDVO sometimes work. 1 day shower with so many dm and pprs and then after 15-20 days nothing. Hmmm uthooooo NDVO was really hoping this week good news ughhhhh more wait I guess

We applied sept 26th 2016 and yesterday got letter saying we are ready to finalize your pr file we need your passport. Letter also included links to websites that help you adjust to life in Canada. So I'm optimistic that it means my wife is approved.
