Thank you very much for your response....do you know how long they usually take for this and why they take so much time to update. i have seen here some people got ppr with in two three days. so i am not getting this issue

i have representative and i told him to email them but he said wait for 2 days to week but both have passed and now he is not dealing properly

My husband is Canadian PR from past 16-17yrs..he has a criminal record of dangerous driving/speeding 9yrs back In which his car hits a pole he was not drunk and his licence got suspended for 3yrs but no jail sentence or any imprisonment .....he applied my file In June 2016 and now immigration is saying his eligibility is questionable and my file has been put on hold....they are saying they will either give visa to me or reject my file....they are also saying that if they will not convinced by my husband's answer they can even deport him...I can't understand when case is 9years old and everything was fine after that why they are raising this matter again...plz help I'm very afraid

First and foremost, i am very sorry to hear this. Did you find out about this at the time of his SA or was this during the PA phase. The important thing for you is to meet your spouse, so please accept the Visit Visa they give you and travel to Canada. Once you are hear, you can approach the pardons department and get the papers for exonerating him in the case and clearing his name.

At the same time, ask him to get the MP involved and see if there is some other avenue they can guide him to.

Congrats, please call CIC and have them get your stamping move to Ottawa. 10 ~14 days should be fine.

Not a lot. Max delay could be last date for submission of doc.

So if i am not wrong "3:30 AM EST = 2:00 PM IST on 22 Feb" . So we may see delay on update than we should see new updates from 23 feb and on wards.

Let`s see what news this system maintenance comes with.
