When does your Medical expire ? That is the recent trend... Right now they are working on early-to-mid May 2016.

They can from the paid representative agent portal - Send this link to them and they should link your application and see the movement. But kid you not the rep's are lazy somethings and they won't do it. But try.. Hopefully your rep is not like all the other.
