You cannot speak to them as no such facility available...i have experienced the same problem as i didnt received my MR and PPR request dated jan 2012..later they send my notice of 15 days....i tried everything to connect them but in vain....then i immideately sent and CSQ stating non availablility of any such request and send them a written letter through Fax....after about 1 week they sent me MR and PPR in june 2012
dont waste time....write down a letter stating i have submitted MR PCC and other documents..i am not aware of any other document to be submitted....how can i send any document other than some mentioned above until i dont know what has to be submitted.....i am deeply disturbed....kindly look into the matter and send that missing letter...i shall be greatful to u...AND THAN FAX it tomorrow morning...

send fax and tell them you have submitted the doc. if you have doc received date..tell them. do asap..and ask them, what add doc have to submitted, coz u have already submitted those doc.
