Hi All,

I am November 24, 2015 applicant.

I received my PPR request on Jan 4th(sorry of late notice to all).
I have already submitted by passport for stamping.

Total process time was roughly 13 months.
I would like to thank all the people in forum for their support, and pray that everyone gets their visa very soon.

yes I am 27th may, 2015 applicant.
I got decision made on 23rd dec 2016 but still waiting for PPR.

Yes yesterday v got MP enquiry response that cic had sent us email on 5th Jan for ppr but our representative has not received mail may be mail got miss...now what should v do...any suggestion?
Should v tell MP to tell cic to resend us email...thn how long more it ll take to resend mail process by cic ??

Now doctor can not do remedical without remedical request from ndvo. So I think you could wait until ask for that

Submit your passport at Chandigarh or Jalandhar VFS office..

Two things -

1) I have already submitted the file and it has reached NDVO. And I guess from here now my waiting time begins. So I have decided to apply TRV for my wife. Has anyone here applied for TRV after submitting spousal sponsorship file?

2) In case she gets TRV and my wife comes to Canada, and after coming to Canada if she gets passport request, what is the procedure then? Does she need to get back to India and come or we can take USA visa and go there and come back?

Please give your valuable advice.

yes you can apply for TRV. you can send your passport to ottawa office for PPR stamping and can do landing through US border. This process is called flag polling.
but you have to prove that you will come back after completion of your TRV. they dont like people going on TRV with a thought that they wont come back as they will get PPR during their visit.
