Congrats.... does ur husband live in delhi?? or will he go to delhi to collect his passport. Coz usually they charge us for sending and getting back the passport right.
Guys, our friends October applicants just got an email from NDVO for DNA test, they have a little baby, they were waiting for interview letter but got that. Do you know if they still going to have interview or DNA test will be enough to prove their relationship...i never read anything about those DNA test. They dont know what to expect. In meantime we are still waiting for interview letter.
Hey! sorry for late reply. You can hire an interpreter regardless of anything. it'll NOT affect your application in anyway. In my opinion, hire an interpreter cuz it's kinda helpful. your wife will get more time to answer calmly. I shouldn't speak what will happen, but I can say for my husband, it was one of the best decision to hire an interpreter.

I m Nov-2014 P.Applicant. we have a baby.I also got an email on 6-May-2016 from NDVO, for DNA test(Peternity & Maternity Required). but my notes (i got in march 2016)say Interview required.

hello, no he's not in Delhi. they took his passport during the interview and said it'll be mailed in 15 days. it's been 7 days so we are waiting for his passport to arrive now. they didn't say anything about charging to send it.
