No, the person you spoke to is either lazy or didn’t check. They know it’s an issue and they’ve said they will fix it, but didn’t give a timeframe when it would be resolved.

Unlocked the PDF file using https://www.freemypdf.com/ ... which allowed printing. It does disable any features setup for the doc, so not sure if this ok.

Not a Good idea, wait till IRCC corrects this issue.. in my opinion.

I dont think so. There is not any button to 'Validate' the form. Also there is nothing in the instructions too.

The file is now updated, try clearing your cache! I wrote a little script that notifies me when the file changed and it just did. It prints for me. when you download the file make sure the print option is there. ie. try printing it before you go through and fill it all out!

Not updated at my end even after clearing history and everything...
May I ask you to post on a shared drive [google drive, dropbox.....] and share the link?

If not, sent it to me an I will post it.

You just need to clear the cache not history, and probably only for the last 24 hours. Here is the file I downloaded

Yes it seems the file has been updated - I was able to print the previous file by doing an upload to google drive and printing it from there but now it seems it can print from Internet Explorer. It will not work for me in Chrome.

Sadly it seems it still isn't going to let me fill in the boxes in IE or adobe! A quick check reveals they have not allowed filling of forms in the security settings of the document properties.. the incompetence is truly staggering!

Anyhow..

Question 11. "Where were you Physically located" Who thinks its your home address, who thinks its your work address?
What do you out for periods of unemployment / travelling?

You need to use Adobe Reader, it will Save your progress and print fine with the latest updated file.

For 11) used Home address for unemployment and work address for employment entries ... not sure thats the right answer since the guide doesn't dictate, but all the home addresses are already there so seems redundant.
