Hi. I've just been a Canadian this year. I've been a Manitoba resident for almost 6 years now. I've read about mobility rights. Am I free to move to another province now? Is my sponsor(from the MPNP) already okay to have a new person to sponsor even though I move out?

Yes , you're a citizen now , you have every freedom and rights a canadian enjoys. You can move wherever you want and it wont have any negative impact on your sponsor's future employees .
