New born canadian baby

Hello All,
our express entry application is submitted in may 2017 and it is in process and my wife was pregnant at that time so, we did inform cic about that.

now,we have a new born canadian citizen baby last week. I have following doubts to add baby to application.

1. Do we need to add as accompanying or non accompanying??
2. what are the documents required for baby?? (Only birth certificate or passport or both)
3. Do we have to pays any fees for baby??
4. Do i need to fill any form??

Congrats hey. You have received a great blessing.

As far as I know, you can raise a CSE informing CIC of the birth and submit the baby's birth certificate. CIC will respond with a list of documents that they require from you. You can also ask them any questions you have in the CSE.
