Are you canadian citizen by birth or naturalization? Are you currently in India or Canada?

Please read the following:

If you were a Canadian citizen before your baby was born and the baby was born in India, you need to apply for proof of citizenship (Citizenship Certificate) and then you can apply for child's Canadian passport.
