Now we are expecting a new borne by end of January 2018. If baby is born abroad, how can we process baby's visa.Can we do it from abroad and come together or how would the visa processing be done.

You can apply to sponsor the child for PR as a member of the Family Class. However, the sponsor must apply from, and remain in Canada for the whole period of the application process. So, no, you can't do it from abroad.
