I have managed to compile and arrange all necessary documents to apply for FSW1 under NOC 7242
few days ago we had a new baby. my new born baby has only a birth certificate. she does not have a passport yet and to get a passport i will have to wait for a long time (could be a month) and i am afraid i will miss the chance due to overall cap reached (it is almost 7000 now).
my question is will it be acceptable to submit my application with only a copy of birth certificate for my new born baby?
everything else is in order, even my POF is enough after including our new family member.
hope to get an answer and/or suggestions

Its better to send the application with your baby's passport, otherwise they might send your application back by saying its incomplete, try to get passport on urgent basis, dont worry in your NOC the current CAp shows just 107 applications.
thanks sho78 for your reply. I guess I will have to do just that.
I am not worried about the NOC7242 cap because as of 16th Jan it was still at 107. I am actually worried about the overall 10000 cap to be reached if my application is not send NOW, bearing in mind that there must be a long queue of applications already received by the CIO and waiting for evaluation. they dont show on the total complete applications received yet.
