New and Old application Pass mark

I have applied 2 years back in the simplified forms (3 pages). And I declared 14 points in English language ( 3 high & 1 moderate). But did not submit any evidence as was not in the requirment.

Now the time has come so send all of the documents. An reality I can see I will get 12 points (2 high & 2 moderate) but I am scoring more in the field of spouse and having 2 more years of experience than before.

Rule said I should be qualified the time of initial application. So although I got enough point now and had it before as well but only problem is IELTS point claiming. As i claimed 14 before but my current evidence only give my 12 so I am short of 2 points as per my old application.

Do you think that will be a trouble or as I have to send and fill all of the forms now it does not matter what I have written then as I didnt send any evidence.

Please show me lights.

Ajit don't worry.

It is true that you have to be qualified at the time of the initial application - This to me, is with respect to your NOC and a minimum of 1 year continuous paid work experience.

However, Note that:

*Work Experience will continue to increase after the submission of the application up to the time of assessment of the application by Canadian Immigration and the points will be increased accordingly.


The points are awarded as follows:

1 year full time 15 points
2 years full time 17 points
3 years full time 19 points
4 years full time 21 points

So don't waste your time, go ahead and put in all relevant documents as soon as possible.
