I landed on June 29th, 2020 and never received PR card. I called IRCC today (I should have called earlier) and the agent told me the canadian address was never updated in the file . I was suprised and asked the process and he sent me the following:
Applying for a permanent resident card
If you would like to apply for, renew or replace a permanent residence card (PR card), you can do so by following these instructions.
If your card was lost, stolen, destroyed or never received, please ensure you complete Section H (Solemn Declaration).
To find out how long it may take to process your application, please consult the processing times page.
My question is should I fill out imm5444e as mentioned by agent or is it enough if I fill Solemn declaration form?
Also, should I be taking photos again ?
