Hey everyone,

Months after I first sent my application I received an email prompting me to pay biometrics fees. In the email It said that after payment is made, I would receive a biometrics information letter explaining how to submit biometrics. It's been over a month since I made that payment and I have not received any letter. I've been reading that this letter is normally sent within the week so I'm a little worried. Any advice?

How did you confirm to IRCC that you paid?
 
If you're positive you sent that correctly then unfortunately all you can do is wait.


Could It be that I chose the wrong "type of application/enquiry" on the webform? I chose "sponsorship", but should I have chosen "replacement documents, amendments to documents, and verification of status documents"?
