Hi y'all! I have a question about sponsorship evaluation.. It asks about the net personal income but then i was just employed last december but the application asks the 12 month period of your net income? What should i do? Should i just round it off? Or just calculate my income from December until the present? Thanks! Your feedbacks are all appreciated!!! Hugs! :-*
Just explain that you have been working only since December, so that's why the last 12 months are low (working 7 months out of 12), and include proofs of current employment to show that you have a steady situation. There is no minimum income for sponsors, CIC just wants to see that you have a way to support your family and not go on welfare.

Thanks!!! But im confused. Should i write on the application of imm5481 question number 3 for only 7 months then? The questions are: 12 month period starting--12/17/12??? And ending---this month 07/25/13???
Or should i write in full 1 year like 07/25/12 until 07/25/13 (if for example i pass today)..ugggghhh im having a headache..huhuhu :-[ :-\

if you weren't working on the 07/25/12, then don't write that. Write from the day you started working, until the day you fill out the application. To be clearer, attach a blank sheet ( write the number of the form, your details, the question number etc.), and explain the situation: you started working in December, this is your monthly salary, and you're still currently employed. If I'm not mistaken, you're required to get a letter from your employer, so get that as an extra proof.

I called the cic call center and they said i have to write 7/25/12 upto 7/25/13 regardless if i have work or not..this is really bad for my net income since its showing a really low annual income. Huhuhuhu :-[

It won't be a problem. When I applied to sponsor my husband I had made a total of $5000 the previous year because I was living abroad and working in a developing country. And I was unemployed at the time of applying. I explained how we will support ourselves and we had zero issues.

Awww. Thats some positive thing to hear. I hope i can work on this too..gosh i get so paranoid with the papers and stuff. I want to submit it right away cos if i dont ill end up psycho with the endless questions at the back of my head!!! ???
Just to warn you, even once you submit it . . . the 'endless questions' at the back of your head don't stop. Not to mention the "full on" PAFSO strike that's supposed to start tomorrow.
