What would be the cost of a condo or townhomes in areas with good schools. Our most important factor is good schools and other learning opportunities for our child. Assume you are looking in the GTA which you need to specify. What is your budget. Real estate costs tend to increase with the better school catchment areas. In general there aren't huge differences between many schools.
