guys i gotta offer letter from humber college for post grad cert in project management.The fees for the course is 12800 cad for 2 semesters.But i just want to pay the first sem fees right now .but it didnt give a break up of fees neither it says i can split the fees and pay,so some please tell me how can i pay just the first sem fees do have to take permission from college ,if soo whats the processs
