hi all....i m himmat from india.my age is 24.my sister is permanent
in Toronto canada.she have marriage in may.i want to
apply for visitor visa for my sister's marriage. she is
sending me sponsor. i am working in my country. but
there are some issues i have.do u think canadian visa
officer will issue me visitor visa to attend marrige.i
have some strong points.
1.i am married and my wife is in india.
2.have job in india.
do you think visa officer will issue me visa as i had a
student visa REFUSAL in 2013.

Still there is a chance for you to attended for your sisters wedding bcz it is one of the important family event, but still you have to make sure your sister sends strong invitation letter and all the supporting documents including her financial status . From your end you have to make sure you have strong ties to back home like financial support, You have properties under your name, Your wife, your job, your parents etc.
