how to get work permit in canada & how much cost for this. I m here on visitor visa from last 5 months

You need to find an employer to sponsor an LMIA application where they have to pay 1000 dollars and advertise the position for a number of months to prove no PR or citizen is available. The whole process can take quite a few months so if you are in Canada as a visitor already for 5 months you probably need to extend your stay formally as a visitor to remain legal.

If you are young, go join a degree/diploma in a public college. After completion of which you may get work permit

Except of course the OP needs approx 15000-18000 dollars for fees plus 10000 dollars per year living expense to be able to study at a Canadian college.

The OPs first priority should be to extend stay as a visitor to remain legally in the country
