I have multiple entry visit visa of Canada that is valid for four year.
SO i want to apply visit visa (TRV) for Canada of my wife and two kids, for this purpose i have some question...... Please tell me
what is the list of documents needs?
should I apply three visas separately?

You need to follow the same process that you used to get your TRV. Presumably you know what that is since you secured a TRV yourself.
Include all of them in one application.

I have four year TRV from 2016 to 2020.
my concern is that my wife has not any bank account, property etc.
in this case i can provide my bank account information, property etc on the behalf of my wife and kids.
