Need urgent help /?

i had once tb in 2012 and it was treated but i didi have any document proof , and i am not aware about this for visa medical, but unfortunatly i did'nt tell to my panel physician he asked me several questions about any decease and then next my x ray shows scars and i did sputum smear and culture test and it comes negative , now i have seond x ray on 26 dec 2019 what should i do ?? m so scared becaouse i hide my medical history to panel doctors, my questions is ?
shloud i tel him all about trugh of my past tb ?
will thet ask me to do test confirm scars ?
my scars remain same i do an x ray from privare lab, there is no change

you can tell the physician about it. They will anyways know about it from your tests.
