I have got my spouse name removed from my passport. Now the field is blank. Do i still need to get her Medical and pcc done.

Your wife needs to complete the medical and also provide PCCs. It doesn't matter if she is listed on your passport or not - she still has to do the medical and PCCs in order for your PR application to be processed.

It was an Affidavit.

It was an affidavit & a Muslim Court separation certificate.
