Dear All,
Greetings
I have got an ITA, but I have a Drink & Drive conviction in the UK almost 10.5 years ago. Since then I have quit drinking, married with children. My PCC from the UK, has the conviction listed, can anyone please guide me to the right direction as how to address this issue.
Many thanks!!
Appreciate anyone in the similar position who successfully got immigrated. Please share/guide.
The conviction will be there forever. If canada thinks it's a serious offence, you will be inadmissible
Thanks. I understand it can be deemed rehabilitated as the conviction was back in October 2006. Anyone has successfully addressed this, appreciate the advice on actions to take.
Post your question in below link and see if anyone got rejected with similar records:

Thanks Ayam. Already done.
Hopefully, someone would have been in the same boat as me and had overcome this hurdle..I'd love to hear from that person.
